The Practice Plus Group in Southampton is seeking a full-time Patient Pathway Coordinator to join their dynamic administration team, which focuses on various specialties including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, and Ophthalmology. The role involves managing appointment bookings from initial outpatient visits through to surgery and post-operative care, while maintaining high levels of patient contact via phone and in reception areas. The coordinator will work Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, with some flexibility required for covering staff absences.
