The Planning, Performance & Quality Administrator at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust will serve as a vital administrative support within the Community & Wellbeing Network, ensuring efficient and confidential service delivery. The role is primarily based at Leyland House but requires flexibility to work across different sites as needed. Candidates should possess good educational qualifications, including English, Maths, and Word Processing, along with excellent computer skills and general administration experience. Key responsibilities include providing telephony services, supervising Clerical Officers, maintaining performance and quality data, organizing clinical education and training programs, and responding to inquiries from patients and families.

Additionally, the administrator will be tasked with monitoring data accuracy, producing reports, and assisting with staff rotas while ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role involves participating in team meetings and providing reception cover as necessary, requiring strong interpersonal and customer care skills to effectively support both clinical teams and service users.
