The Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is looking for a highly motivated Child Health Ward Receptionist to join the administrative team at the Children's Hospital for Wales. This role serves as the initial point of contact on the ward, requiring effective teamwork, strong organisational skills, and a professional demeanor to interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, performing data entry, filing patient records, and completing various administrative tasks. Proficiency in communication and IT skills is essential, and while speaking Welsh is desirable, candidates who speak either Welsh or English are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating administrative duties that support the operational running of the Children's Ward, managing telephone queries, and facilitating patient documentation through computerized systems.
