The South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Principal Practitioner Psychologist or Psychological Therapist for a pivotal role in implementing trauma-informed approaches within acute inpatient wards for working-age adults. The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and lead strategies aimed at enhancing trauma-informed care, addressing the needs of individuals with severe mental health issues, and promoting a culture of trust and anti-racism across the wards.
