The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Health Improvement Manager to lead the QUIT smoking cessation initiative within its Healthy Hospitals Programme. This full-time position emphasises operational management, focusing on supporting patients who smoke during their hospital stay, and promoting tobacco harm reduction strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team of Tobacco Treatment Advisors and collaborate with clinical teams across the hospital.

The role involves advising on tobacco harm reduction, providing support and interventions for patients and staff, and contributing to the development and evaluation of the QUIT program.
