The Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager at CARE Fertility in Woking will lead the Nursing, Midwifery, and Clinical professional team within the clinic, collaborating closely with the Clinic Director and Clinic Medical Director as part of the senior management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, focusing on patient needs, and driving quality improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the clinical workforce, promoting skills and competence, and delivering evidence-based care in line with good governance and professional accountability standards.

Ideal applicants should have a background in women’s health nursing or midwifery, and while experience in assisted reproduction is desirable, it is not mandatory.
