As the Nursing and Clinical Professionals Manager you will lead the Nursing, Midwifery and Clinical professional team within the clinic setting in partnership with the Clinic Director and Clinic Medical Director as part of the senior management team. You will be responsible for meeting the needs of patients and their partners attending the clinic and as an influential senior leader, be accountable for the delivery of high-quality patient care and professional practice at clinic level. You will lead the local quality agenda, providing assurance to drive quality improvement methodology to promote patient experience. You will lead the clinical, professional agenda, ensuring that the workforce have the skills and competence to deliver innovative, evidence-based care following the principles of good governance and professional accountability. You will be a visible role model following the values-based leadership aligned to Care Fertility core values.
