The Service Manager Paediatrics at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust in Hastings will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager (GM) and Head of Medicine (HoM) within the Clinical Unit. The primary responsibilities include contributing to the clinical strategy and enhancing service quality, safety, and sustainability. The SM will lead non-medical and clinical staff, overseeing administrative systems to optimize patient bookings, flow, clinic management, and theatre utilisation.
