The Primary Care Network Manager in Stoke-On-Trent will play a crucial strategic and transformational role within the Hanley, Bucknall, Bentilee Primary Care Network (PCN). As a key member of the PCN leadership team, the manager will collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and network board members to oversee governance requirements and implement services that align with national and local policies. Responsibilities include managing the financial and operational aspects of the network, ensuring compliance with legislation, and presenting performance reports. The manager will also engage with various stakeholders, including local authorities and other healthcare providers, to enhance patient outcomes and support member practices in delivering high-quality primary care services.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage relationships while fostering a collaborative environment among member practices. The manager will be responsible for developing and reviewing strategic objectives, evaluating service provision using health data, and ensuring that governance and quality standards are maintained. Furthermore, the role includes financial oversight, monitoring budgets and resource allocation, and representing the PCN externally.
