This role is only open to applicants that currently work within an NHS Trust within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (HIOW ICS).

This role sits within the Trust's Corporate Affairs team and acts as a Deputy Company Secretary to the Trust's Associate Director of Corporate Affairs/Company Secretary.

The postholder is responsible for supporting the corporate governance functions of the trust, including organising the senior meetings of the trust, ensuring records are maintained and managing the corporate governance systems and processes.

The postholder will provide a professional and confidential business support function to the Associate Director of Corporate Affairs/Company Secretary.

The post holder is required to work under their own authority and initiative, planning and prioritising their own time to ensure that deadlines are met. The post holder must be able to embrace working in a dynamic and demanding office environment.
