The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants (HCAs) for the Griffin and Phoenix Wards, which are specialized Forensic and Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU) located at the Bradgate Mental Health Unit in Leicester. The role involves supporting patients with both physical and mental health needs as part of a nursing team in a high-pressure environment. Candidates should have prior experience with mental health issues, be compassionate, confident in challenging situations, and possess strong communication skills. The positions are permanent, offering full-time hours (37.5 per week) with a rota system of long shifts, although part-time options may be discussed. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available.
