As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing and escalating clinical risks, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You will be required to work a shift pattern of 20:00pm - 08:00am, including alternate weekends.
