The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Pathway Administrator to join the Sarcoma Administrative Team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. The ideal candidate will be proactive and motivated, capable of thriving in a busy work environment while providing comprehensive clinical administration support to the department, consultants, and nursing staff. Key responsibilities include managing the electronic patient record (EPR) by printing, scanning, and uploading documents, booking and managing appointments, and handling incoming communications swiftly and efficiently.

The role emphasises professionalism and accuracy, requiring the individual to maintain a high level of concentration while dealing with administrative tasks such as scheduling clinics and responding to inquiries from patients, staff, and external organisations.
