The Practice Plus Group is offering a full-time position for a Primary Care Nurse at HMP Lindholme, a category C prison located in Hatfield, Doncaster. The role involves working within a friendly, multi-disciplinary team to deliver nurse-led services aimed at preventing hospital admissions. Responsibilities include medication management, patient assessment, running nurse-led clinics, and providing personalized, evidence-based care. The position requires 37.5 hours of work per week, with flexible shift options available and an annual salary of up to £40,221, depending on experience.
