The Advanced Respiratory Practitioner position at Central London Community Health Trust offers an exciting opportunity for motivated nurses or physiotherapists to join the Harrow Respiratory Community Team on a part-time basis, working 15 hours per week. The role involves providing community respiratory care for patients with various chronic respiratory diseases and respiratory failure, participating in a multi-professional team that includes nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare staff. Key responsibilities include respiratory complex patient case management, pulmonary rehabilitation, and delivering oxygen and primary care education in accordance with national guidelines.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, flexible, and motivated Physiotherapist or Nurse to be part of the Harrow Respiratory Community Team to work part time 15 hours per week. This exciting role is at the heart of this dynamic, expanding community-based team, working in Harrow.

This post is open to dynamic nurses or physiotherapists who would like to work in an exciting newly developed service providing community respiratory care for patients with a variety of chronic respiratory disease and respiratory failure in the Harrow catchment area.

The post holder will join a flexible multi-professional team of nurses, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistant and clinical administrator to provide, respiratory complex patient Case Management, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Oxygen and Primary Care Education in line with national guidelines and best practice, to patients in their own homes, virtually or in clinic settings.

The post holder will be required to work flexibly to provide a 9am - 5 pm weekday service in the community health care settings in Harrow, and across the Trust.
