An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive, innovative, flexible, and motivated Physiotherapist or Nurse to be part of the Harrow Respiratory Community Team to work part time 15 hours per week. This exciting role is at the heart of this dynamic, expanding community-based team, working in Harrow.
This post is open to dynamic nurses or physiotherapists who would like to work in an exciting newly developed service providing community respiratory care for patients with a variety of chronic respiratory disease and respiratory failure in the Harrow catchment area.
The post holder will join a flexible multi-professional team of nurses, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistant and clinical administrator to provide, respiratory complex patient Case Management, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Oxygen and Primary Care Education in line with national guidelines and best practice, to patients in their own homes, virtually or in clinic settings.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to provide a 9am - 5 pm weekday service in the community health care settings in Harrow, and across the Trust.
