The NHS Business Services Authority is seeking a Reward and Recognition Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is passionate about enhancing employee experience through innovative reward and recognition strategies. The Advisor will work closely with the People Team to implement and develop initiatives that align with the organisation’s strategic aims while continuously reviewing and benchmarking offerings to maintain competitiveness and compliance. Additionally, the role involves providing advisory services, managing projects, and collaborating with various teams to improve the overall reward, recognition, and benefits framework within the NHSBSA environment.

Candidates should possess significant experience in reward and recognition advisory roles, strong knowledge of relevant policies, and exceptional communication skills. A degree or equivalent qualification is essential, along with specific NHS Job Evaluation training.
