Balderton Primary Care Centre is seeking a Practice Nurse for a part-time position (30 hours per week). Key responsibilities include assisting the registered manager with compliance related to CQC outcomes, collaborating with the general practice team, and providing patient care, including treatment and chronic disease management.

- You will assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring that compliance is maintained. As well as working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, ensuring practice policies and procedures are followed.
- Providing care for the presenting patient, treatment, chronic disease management and evaluation of care.
