The Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate Chief Nurse - Quality and Workforce, reporting to the Deputy Chief Nurse. This role encompasses responsibilities related to quality and workforce management within the chief nurse portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the Trust to ensure safe and sustainable staffing, as well as implement strategies for nursing and midwifery recruitment, retention, and recognition. Strong leadership, clinical credibility, and excellent communication skills are essential, as the post holder will deputize for higher leadership and provide expert advice on professional and clinical matters.

Key responsibilities include improving healthcare quality, addressing barriers to improvement, and fostering a motivated team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. The role involves driving initiatives related to harm-free care and safe staffing, collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance overall care quality.
