An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint two 10 PA general paediatric consultants in HHFT. These will be based in RHCH, Winchester.
Post one is a general paediatric with an interest in respiratory. Designed to lead the respiratory service and with general paediatric, neonates, safeguarding, outpatient and on call duties.
Post two is general paediatric with an interest in neonates. This post is designed to particularly support our level 1+ neonatal unit and in addition to neonates includes general paediatric, safeguarding, outpatient and on call duties.

Clinical duties:
Consultant of the week covering the ward and acute assessments.
Flow shifts (Winter months only)- ambulatory paediatrics.
Neonatal shifts - covering the ward, post-natal ward and transitional care unit.
Resident evening shift followed by on call.
Resident night shifts - with on call consultant at home.
Safeguarding - covering medicals as requested by social care.
