Holland House Surgery in Lytham is seeking a new salaried GP to join their friendly and forward-thinking medical training practice. The role includes a variety of responsibilities such as conducting surgery and telephone consultations, home visits, managing repeat prescriptions, and addressing patient queries and paperwork. The GP will also be expected to make autonomous medical decisions, assess undiagnosed healthcare needs, screen for disease risks, provide health education, and ensure compliance with audit requirements and Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) standards.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant location with excellent transport links and local amenities, including schools and recreational facilities. The ideal candidate will be involved in delivering enhanced services and will be required to fulfill all general duties associated with a primary care GP.

We are a forward thinking friendly people orientated medical training practice working in one of the top ten places to live in the North West and we are looking for a new salaried GP to join us, There are good transport links to The Lakes Manchester and Liverpool and excellent local schools both Independent and state golf courses and a vibrant cafe culture.
- Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting medical problems, whether self-referred or referred from other healthcare workers within the organisation
- Assessing the healthcare needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems
- Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness
- Providing health education
- Collecting data for audit purposes and complying with QOF requirements
- Delivering enhanced services
- Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions
- All general duties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care.
