The Senior Finance Business Partner at the Health Research Authority in Nottingham will oversee financial management related to the digital transformation initiatives, particularly the Research Systems Programme (RSP) and digital team finances. The role involves providing strategic financial and business planning advice, preparing operational financial information, and offering high-quality business partnering to senior stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure compliance with policies and quality management practices while supporting the wider HRA in financial reporting, forecasting, and complex analysis.

This position also requires maintaining expertise in various financial systems and participating in the business planning process and risk management activities. The Senior Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Deputy Director, providing essential financial insights and serving as a critical resource for the preparation of business cases and financial estimates. The role is part of the HRA Resources directorate, which combines various functions to support the organisation effectively.
