The University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for the newly established East Midlands Planned Care Centre (EMPCC), set to open in December 2024. This role involves a multi-professional approach to delivering elective care, aiming to enhance patient access and improve overall healthcare services. The Clinic Coordinator will manage the administrative and coordination aspects of patient pathways, ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as medical notes and letters, is prepared prior to outpatient appointments. The position requires interaction with various clinical staff, handling appointment queries, monitoring waiting times, and maintaining accurate patient records within electronic systems.

Candidates must demonstrate dedication and enthusiasm for innovative healthcare, as well as strong organisational skills to oversee appointment scheduling, document management, and data integrity.
