Provide CIC is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker for the inpatient rehab unit at Halstead Community Hospital. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to assist patients with daily living activities, provide rehabilitation support, and ensure nutritional assistance, while also reporting changes in patients' conditions to senior staff.
