Join our dedicated team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust as a Diabetes Specialist Midwife (DSM) and play a vital role in the care of mothers and their babies. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll support women with pre-existing and gestational diabetes, offering compassionate care and guidance throughout their pregnancy and postnatal period.
