As a Band 4 Clinical Triage Assistant Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities across Birmingham. Your focus will be on assessing needs and providing essential equipment, like wheelchairs and pressure cushions, that enhance independence and improve quality of life.

If you're passionate about helping others and eager to expand your skills, this full-time, 12-month fixed-term position is perfect for you. Collaborate closely with a diverse team of therapists and allied health professionals to deliver personalized care and ensure every client receives the support they need. You’ll also contribute by teaching safe equipment usage and liaising with patients to ensure seamless service delivery.
