The NHS Devon Integrated Care Board is seeking a System Coordination Centre Officer for a permanent, Band 4 position in Exeter. This role serves as the primary contact for healthcare providers across Devon, offering emergency and incident support and facilitating communication with various stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing the System Coordination Centre's administrative tasks, such as recording action points from meetings, updating action trackers in Microsoft Excel, organizing team meetings, and handling the team's email correspondence.

The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective organisational skills. They should also possess note-taking experience and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. While full training will be provided, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success in this dynamic role.
