System Coordination Centre Officer, Band 4, Permanent role
The NHS Devon System Coordination Centre (SCC) is a key high-profile service delivered by NHS Devon.the team are the first point of contact for healthcare providers across Devon (including Ambulances, Mental Health, Community, Trusts and more) to provide system emergency and incident support, when required.
In this role, you will act as first point of contact for the System Delivery & Improvement Team, dealing with enquiries in a pleasant and helpful manner, communicating relevant information to stakeholders, referring to others as appropriate.
About you...
We are looking for an individual that have demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. This is a fast paced role and it's important that individuals are able to work on their own initiative and be organised. However, what most important is that you are willing to learning and full training will be given. Note taking or loggist experience is essential.
