We are looking for a hard working induvial who is a looking to join a busy GP practice Broad Street Surgery. We have 2 sites jubilee health centre and broad street surgery and this role would be based a broad street however to be able to cover at jubilee health centre if needed.

This role is to work on a busy reception answer incoming calls, communicate between the doctors, patients and other members of the teams, dealing with queries from the GP, patients and hospital and otheradministrative duties.

We are looking for a highly motivated and Harding working induvial to join our team. We have two sites Jubilee Health Centre and Broad Street Surgery, this role is base at our Broad street Surgery practice however to be able to cover at our jubilee site if needed.

• As a GP Receptionist you are at the centre of how our surgery operates, you will be the first contact point for our patients, so it is vital that professionalism and empathy is embedded within you.The role also includes;
• Greet patients and visitors to the practice
• booking & rescheduling of appointments using the EMIS systeminline with practice appointments procedures ensuing optimum efficiency of the appointment system.
• To receive and record incoming calls accurately and transferring calls as appropriate to Doctors, Nurses, the Practice Manager, and other staff.
• use a task based system, from the GPs and the nurses
• To communicate between the GPs, patients and hospital effectively
• Navigating various computer systems
• Input data into the patients healthcare records as necessary
• Support all clinical staff with general tasks as request
• Support administrative staff, providing cover during staff absences
