                                                    Consultant in Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit with Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust in Northampton

                                                     To provide the highest quality care to patients on the Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit within the Berrywood Hospital, Northampton.   The Consultant will play a pivotal role in ensuring proactive, recovery-focused, individualised treatment plans are in place and being followed for each patient. He will be supported with a team of professionals who have been recruited specifically for this unit. Our intention is to have a short length of stay to manage only the acute phase of illness and support care in the least restrictive manner.
