The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis Team located in Southampton. This role requires a mental health nursing background and involves providing psychiatric interventions to clients experiencing first episodes of psychosis, alongside their families and carers. The post holder will be responsible for assessing care needs, formulating treatment plans, participating in Care Programme Approaches (CPA), and collaborating with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive service. The position requires flexibility and may include weekend and bank holiday shifts, highlighting the importance of teamwork, initiative, and client empowerment in the role.

Candidates must demonstrate knowledge of risk assessment and the recovery model, and the job will involve maintaining high standards of practice while focusing on quality outcomes.
