The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking applicants for two 12-month fixed term Trust Doctor positions in Radiology, specifically within the Department of GI Radiology, commencing September 2025. The role involves delivering a high-quality gastrointestinal radiology service at both St James's University Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary, requiring full GMC registration and a valid license to practice by the start date. Responsibilities include developing a specialist interest in gastrointestinal radiology, participating in the Radiology HST teaching program, engaging in departmental research and audits, and mentoring junior staff.

In addition, the successful candidates will have opportunities to develop skills in ultrasound and CT non-vascular intervention techniques while supporting acute CT sessions. The position entails a commitment of 33.65 hours across 8.4 clinical sessions weekly, alongside 4 hours dedicated to study and research, and includes evening sessions every other week with no on-call responsibilities, totaling 40 hours per week.
