The Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Band 5 Nurses for various roles within the Basildon Mental Health Unit, which includes the male acute inpatient ward, Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, and Assessment Unit. Nurses will work as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare workers, delivering individualized care based on the Care Programme Approach. The role involves supporting patients through crisis management, risk assessments, treatment planning, and recovery-focused interventions, while also engaging closely with Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Teams.
