The Employment Services Senior Administrator for the On-Boarding Team at Fingerpost, under the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, is primarily responsible for delivering a professional and efficient recruitment service to Trainees and other stakeholders. The role encompasses managing the pre-employment processes for Doctors and Dentists in Training, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, providing guidance on pay and employment terms, and maintaining effective communication channels with various organisations including NHS England and Host Trusts.

Candidates must possess at least two years of experience in HR or a related support role, showcasing strong communication skills, adaptability, and a methodical approach, particularly with data management in Excel. The position requires the ability to handle complex and non-standard cases while supporting the overall objectives of the Lead Employer Service. Senior Administrators will also contribute to continuous service improvements, ensure data integrity, adhere to deadlines, and support the onboarding of trainees in a collaborative team environment.
