The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Administrator in Exeter to join their busy administrative team on a part-time basis, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer care to patients, coordinating outpatient appointments, managing waiting times, and handling administrative processes efficiently. Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a good understanding of medical terminology are preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and is adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented. While experience in a hospital setting is desirable, the Trust values motivation and a commitment to patient-centered service.
