The role focuses on embedding advanced practice into health and social care systems, optimizing workforce intelligence and modeling, and providing insights into the impact of advancing practice on patient care. Overall, the Advanced Practice Lead will play a critical role in promoting the national advancing practice agenda and supporting sustainable workforce solutions.
