Woking Community Mental Health Recovery Service (CMHRS) are looking for an experienced, qualified Mental Health Professional from a Mental Health Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work background with expertise in management of complex mental health problems, experience of managing and supervising junior colleagues to take on a leadership role within our friendly and hardworking team.You will be expected to provide visible clinical leadership to the team, deputising for the Service manager and working closely with other Senior clinical staff in the team to ensure the assessment of people using our service and delivery of high-quality treatment within evidence-based Care Pathways, being part of a multi- disciplinary team and providing clinical supervision.You will ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of Mental Health services across organisations in a time of change. You will work with closely with the Service Manager, undertake management responsibilities as required and work ensuring key performance indicators are met for the team.
You will demonstrate a high level of commitment, motivation and knowledge of working with people with severe and enduring mental health problems.
