West Kent Primary Care is seeking a newly qualified, salaried General Practitioner to join their growing team at Tunbridge Wells PCN. This fixed-term position is aimed at candidates who have not previously worked substantively at a GP practice. The role offers 6-7 sessions per week and includes a structured mentorship program, a manageable workload, and flexibility for professional development in leadership. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including clinical pharmacists, paramedics, and mental health practitioners, to provide high-quality care to patients.
