We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and welcoming Urology and Admin team as a Service Administrator (previously known as Medical Secretary).

This role will be dual sited and will be based across Wonford and Ottery St Mary Hospital, you will be required to work at both sites.

You will be pivotal to the communication between our patients and our clinical staff - answering patient calls and queries, nurse queries, liaising with consultants, validating patient pathways, planning the consultants theatre lists and booking surgical procedures for patients in the Urology Team. We are looking for someone who can work independently and thrives on building relationships with clinicians, staff and patients.


Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
