Wrightington Wigan & Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to hire two full-time Outpatient Booking Clerks for the Outpatient Booking Team at Wrightington Hospital. Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative environment, proficient IT skills, and exceptional data entry accuracy. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork, and the flexibility to adapt to changing demands. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for patients, assisting clinical staff with administrative queries, processing referrals, and ensuring a patient-centered approach is maintained throughout service delivery.

The successful candidates will be expected to display professionalism while communicating with patients, GPs, and colleagues, and actively support team members during staffing shortages.
