The Health and Social Care Hub Clinical Lead position in Plymouth with Livewell Southwest offers a management role for an experienced professional in health or social care, overseeing the integrated Health and Social Care Hubs in South Hams and West Devon. The role requires developing and promoting services tailored to the local population's needs, optimizing resource use, and ensuring the service is effective and equitable. The Clinical Lead will also provide leadership in learning and development for Hub staff, monitor quality standards, and contribute to policy and strategic initiatives within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include managing operations and staff development, implementing professional competency frameworks, collaborating with various stakeholders, and participating in research and continuous improvement efforts.
