Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Lead Nurse for its Occupational Health and Wellbeing team. This leadership position focuses on improving the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff, and requires a motivated clinical leader who embodies the Trust's values of Together- Kind, Safe, Excellent. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in line management, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
