The Stockport NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a full-time and part-time Contact Centre Administrator to enhance their successful Single Point of Access Service based at Kingsgate House in Stockport. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients in the Adult Community Services, handling appointment bookings, cancellations, and inquiries via telephone and electronic systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong customer care, and be able to collaborate effectively within a team. Responsibilities include managing patient referrals, maintaining patient records, addressing complaints, and ensuring efficient office administration while adhering to the organisation's core values of care, respect, and listening.

The Contact Centre Administrator will utilize Electronic Patient Record Systems to process referrals, manage waiting lists, and conduct audits of scanned documents. The role requires a proactive approach to enhance service efficiency and a focus on building rapport with patients. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple tasks, inputting confidential information accurately, and continuously optimizing appointment scheduling to maximize service capacity.
