MATERNITY NEONATAL NHS PARAMEDIC
The Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Lead for Maternity Services at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust will focus on enhancing patient experiences and addressing health inequalities in local maternity services. This role involves analyzing data to identify disparities in outcomes and experiences among women and babies from various backgrounds, particularly regarding the nine protected characteristics under The Equality Act 2010. The post holder will ensure maternity services are responsive to the needs of the local population, promoting informed decision-making, access to necessary support services, and the involvement of service users in the design and delivery of care.

Additionally, the role requires commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, with opportunities for staff growth and development.
