The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a Harm Reduction Outreach Service Activities Worker to join their team in Wrexham, North Wales. This role involves organizing and facilitating various activity projects, including Peer2Peer initiatives, aimed at individuals who use substances. The Activities Worker will help promote self-esteem, confidence, and essential life skills through these programs, contributing to a harm reduction approach that encourages positive and meaningful use of time.

Welsh language skills are desirable for this position, although applications are welcome from both English and Welsh speakers. The role is focused on enhancing the well-being of participants by creating engaging opportunities and supporting their personal development within the community.
