This position involves a rotational program where pharmacists will work within a clinical specialty for six months, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication optimisation for patients. Key responsibilities include participating in ward rounds, conducting pharmacy-led clinics, managing quality improvement projects, developing clinical guidelines, and training both pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals.
