The Clinical Pathway Nurse at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust focuses on overseeing the care pathways for International and Private Care (I&PC) patients from referral to discharge. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe preadmission processes, optimizing bed capacity, and enhancing discharge procedures through effective use of IT systems. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based nursing care, act as a clinical expert in pediatric nursing, and facilitate high-quality experiences for patients and their families.

Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with previous clinical experience, ideally at band 6 level or band 5 with leadership responsibilities.
