The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Clinical Practitioner in Older Persons Mental Health to provide compassionate care within a busy multidisciplinary service. Candidates should be Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers with specialized experience in managing mental health crises, particularly in the Emergency Department and during inpatient stays. The role involves clinical leadership, assessments, interventions, and team education, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.

The MH&LD Liaison Team, which operates 24/7, aims to improve care for people with mental health needs and learning disabilities at St Mary's Hospital.
