The Marbrook Neuro Rehab Centre in St Neots is seeking a passionate Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join their dynamic multidisciplinary team focused on neuro-rehabilitation for individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs. Candidates can apply for either full-time or part-time positions, and the role entails managing a caseload primarily involving communication and dysphagia, primarily among Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury, and Traumatic Brain Injury patients. The successful applicant should possess experience in assessing and delivering therapy for these conditions, although less experienced individuals with a strong interest in neuro-rehabilitation are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, designing tailored therapy plans, engaging in rehabilitation sessions, and collaborating with both the team and external agencies for optimal patient outcomes. The role also involves producing detailed documentation, providing clinical supervision to support staff, participating in professional development opportunities, and contributing to service enhancements.
