Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a 0.6 WTE Specialist Community Nutrition Support Dietitian & Team Lead, responsible for managing malnutrition in the community. This developmental role, transitioning from Band 6 to Band 7, involves overseeing the community nutrition support team, working with the Frimley ICB Medicines Optimisation Team, and managing housebound patients requiring nutritional support. The position includes leading service development, optimizing the prescribing of nutrition-related products in primary care, and providing specialist advice and training to healthcare professionals in various settings.

Candidates will have the opportunity to enhance their skills through audit and quality improvement projects while following a competency framework to progress within the role. The opportunity focuses on patient care and collaboration with care homes and primary care professionals and comes with a strong emphasis on personal and professional development within a supportive team environment.
