Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Programme Support Officer to assist in the development and implementation of an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across the Acute Health Alliance, which includes Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and Royal United Bath Hospital. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supporting large-scale digital or change initiatives, working within a fast-paced team environment to manage project activities and documentation using PRINCE2 methodologies.

The role primarily involves remote work, with occasional site visits required, where the candidate will need to be self-motivated and adaptable. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive project management office (PMO) support, collaborating with multiple teams, managing project-level documentation, and maintaining effective management structures and libraries to ensure smooth operations across the constituent Trusts. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
