Providing advanced clinical expertise, judgement and care planning as part of an excellent Multi disciplinary team the role holder will have the opportunity to work autonomously to provide the best standard in care provision. Promoting recovery based care programmes and setting high standards for the delivery of care to service users and their families and be responsible for delivering high quality perinatal services. Our continuously learning teams will benefit from expertise, supervision and training that an experienced ACP can bring to the team.
