The "Freedom To Speak Up Support Secretary" at the University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust in Stoke-on-Trent will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Freedom To Speak Up Guardian and Deputy. Key responsibilities include managing communication of confidential information, organizing diaries and meetings, and maintaining effective working relationships across the Trust and with external contacts. Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Office is required, along with knowledge of secretarial procedures and experience at NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

The role involves prioritizing tasks, managing a bring forward system for meetings, and preparing necessary documentation. The post holder will take minutes during meetings, maintain filing systems, and oversee stationery and office equipment needs. Additionally, the position may require occasional liaison with patients and external stakeholders for events. Independence in managing workload with guidance from leadership is expected.
